We don't want to hide behind an anonymous company name - we are a small family business with real people you can trust.
We want everyone to be happy with their purchases from our store, so we offer a money-back policy with no questions asked, subject to the following necessary terms:
- Please contact us for the correct address to return your products.
- All returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
- All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
- If the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part you won't even have to pay the return shipping. If you wait more than 30 days or simply wish to return any items return shipping is your responsibility and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our costs. We hope you understand.
